New features in our member portal: Being in direct exchange with SUISA via “My Account”

With a variety of online services, our personalised member portal helps our members to reduce their admin efforts while keeping an overview of their SUISA affairs. The most recently added feature is that our members can now communicate directly with us via “My Account”.

SUISA is continuously expanding its online services on the member portal in the “My Account” section. The following changes have been launched in autumn 2022:

New structure of the start page

Your profile with your personal data can now be found at the top right. That is also where you can access the user administration area and, if you have more than one account, you can switch between profiles there.

If your personal data is incomplete, you will be made aware of this on the start page. For example, if SUISA no longer has a valid postal address for you, a message about this will be displayed on the start page where you can then directly complete the details.

Useful articles from the “Good to know” section with topics relevant to SUISA members are now prominently displayed.

On the start page, all functions available to members in “My Account” are displayed in a bundled manner.

New communication options

From now on, you can send us your requests via “My Account” where they will be answered. This way, you can keep track of your matters that you have lodged with SUISA.

What’s new is that we now use the portal online space to check back in the case of your submissions, such as work registrations. This will be done directly in “My Account” and no longer by e-mail. As soon as we issue a query to you, you will receive an e-mail telling you that a new SUISA message is available in “My Account”. This query is displayed on the start page or can be accessed in the “Activities” area. In this area, you can see the current status of your queries and messages, i.e. you can see whether they are still open or already closed. Within each activity, you can view the communication history at any time. It will still be saved on file after the activity has been completed.
